Greenstation is a company that researches, develops and realizes hightech electric charging stations. The strategy of the Norwegian company aims to transcend its specific role of energy provider and charging station manufacturer, creating an infrastructure for cultural and commercial exchange based on sustainable habits. To put into practice its search for development, in 2019, the company based in Bergen started a research process where design is centered on user needs. Greenstation aims to characterize its projects with a highly empathetic impact concerning social and environmental perspectives and individual satisfaction. The program is based on the use of high-tech solutions to simplify the use of charging tools through process automation. The pragmatic and flexible approach to station design is typical of functional architectures, founded on two characteristics that allow controlled and adaptive development: replicability and modularity.
